Consider this, if I say I desire a specific thing and yet allow my mind to be scattered, how exactly do I expect to work in concert with the Universe to manifest this thing I desire? Whereas one need not continually focus, one will benefit from time set aside to focus. As with vision boards, allowing all of the senses to participate in the time of focus creates a stronger frequency with which to co-create the manifestation.
Experiences are the result of our predominate mental attitude. Therefore, taking time regularly to focus will lend power to the process. Including daily affirmations which relate to what we intend to manifest is yet another tool which aids the process.
For this exercise: Place yourself in a quiet space where you can be undisturbed. Focus on your breath and allow your thoughts to travel outside the space you are in. Bring your focus to the one thing you choose. Concentrate on it until there are no thoughts of anything else. Allow your senses to participate such that you experience that which you are concentrating on. Remain here for a time and then return to your day.
