Eliminating Fear ~ Lack ~ Disease

Our exercise this week in "The Master Key System" is focused on eliminating those things which do not serve your highest good. This week the exercise is about what I have termed "Exchanging Thoughts." We have been practicing allowing ourselves to observe our thoughts and be consciously aware of our thoughts (cause) and the life we experience (effect). The next step in the process is to allow ourselves to "exchange" those thoughts which do not serve our highest good with those that do. The exercise to practice this is as follows and taken directly from The Master Key System part 17.

Concentrate as nearly as possible in accordance with the method outline in this lesson; let there be no conscious effort or activity associated with your purpose. Relax completely, avoid any thought of anxiety as to results. Remember that power comes through repose. Let the thought dwell upon your object, until it is completely identified with, until you are conscious of nothing else.

If you wish to eliminate fear, concentrate on courage.
If you wish to eliminate lack, concentrate on abundance.
If you wish to eliminate disease, concentrate on health.

Always, concentrate on the ideal as an already existing fact; this is the germ cell, the life principle which goes forth and sets in motion those causes which guide, direct and bring about the necessary relation, which eventually manifest in form.

I am very excited about the exercise this week, especially in light of how effective the past exercises have been. The key to transforming your life is to live the knowledge gained, to practice the exercises.
