This week in The Master Key System a truth impacted me as I was reminded of its depth. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.  These words are given us through the Bible however, the same truth has been shared in words defined by science and other religious teachings as well.

Being reminded of this truth I, once again, drew a connection between faith and my gardening. When we prepare to plant in our garden we commonly follow a process something like this.

- Decide we want to plant something & where we want to plant it
- Go online or to our local store to find seeds or plants
- Choose the seeds/plants we want & take them home
- Clear the garden spot / work and prep the soil
- Place seeds or plants in the soil
- Water / fertilize
- Tend to the plants needs
- Reap the harvest

Faith is at work throughout this process. When we decide upon a garden, we have Faith that the garden spot will manifest from a desire to a reality. When we select the seeds or plants we view a picture of what they are supposed to look like upon full maturity. At that moment however, they look nothing like the picture. We operate on Faith that they will.

We tend the soil, nurture the seeds/plants and hold to Faith that, at the perfect moment, they will manifest into the beauty the picture gave hope of. The substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

This truth applies to any and all things we need, want or desire to manifest in our lives.  The process for the garden transfers easily to anything we choose for our best and highest good and the best and highest good of all others.

- We observe a thought
- We determine the thought to be healthful, beneficial and for the best and highest good.
- We prep the soil of our mind for the thought
- We nurture the thought through Imagination
- We declare that it is so through Faith
- We manifest the harvest

It is Faith which sees the harvest before it is even sown. It is Faith which motivates us to nurture and continue on. It is Faith which carries us to the harvest. The substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Living The Master Key System

Last nights radio show was wonderful, as usual. For those who have not tuned in yet there is an exercise to practice each week to aid in incorporating the understandings into your everyday life.  Each one has been a blessing for us and, from the feedback I receive, a blessing for our listeners as well. This weeks exercise is particularly exciting to me. So much so that I decided to share it with everyone here. Enjoy <3

This Weeks Exercise!
Concentrate on the quotation taken from the Bible, "Whatsoever things ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them and ye shall have them"; Notice that there is no limitation, "Whatsoever things" is very definite and implies that the only limitation which is placed upon us is our ability to think, to be equal to the occasion, to rise to the emergency, to remember that Faith is not a shadow, but a substance, "the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

We look forward to observing how this exercise manifests in our lives and look forward to hearing from you how it manifests in your life.

Join Us each Thursday (Thankful Thursdays) for Empowering Transformation with Regina Ann & Rich on Inner Child Radio 6-8 pm EST. Click on the link to download The Master Key System FREE, access links to upcoming shows and listen or download past shows from the archives.

May Health & Wellness

The May Issue of Inner Child Magazine Health & Wellness is online Now!  This month's feature articles are: Craniosacral Therapy and Healthy Skin (Part 1).

The Craniosacral Therapy article was inspired by the number of people who have been asking what Craniosacral Therapy is about. In the article I offer history and a bit about why it is beneficial as well as some of the symptoms this therapy may benefit.

Healthy Skin was a result of the number of people who continually ask how I manage to have such beautiful skin. Over the years I have noticed most articles cover the outside or the inside but few articles cover both and fewer still cover the other aspects to having and maintaining healthy skin. Because there is so much information to cover this ended up being a two part article. Part 2 will be in the June edition.

Wishing you Health & Wellness ~*~ Enjoy

Days Long Gone Away

Days Long Gone Away

from the back seat window
of the car in front of me
a small hand appears
dangling a toy of some sort
and suddenly I am kissed
by memories of younger days
days long gone away
and remembering fondly
I wonder
had I known then
what I know now
would I have treasured them
as the precious gifts they were
these moments in my memories

as the light turns green
and I return to the present
another thought enters my mind
am I treating these moments
as the treasure that they are
for one day
some day
they too will be but memories
of days long gone away
